Welcome to the Sincere-ly Privacy Policy.

Sincere-ly is currently in an early beta stage. This Privacy Policy applies to the Sincere-ly marketing website and early-access waitlist.

We believe privacy should be simple and transparent. Here’s the short version.

Privacy at a glance

• We currently collect only your email address and your waitlist preference (launch notification or beta participation).
• We do not collect relationship information, health information, intimate-health information, STI results, laboratory results, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.
• We do not store your IP address or browser user-agent together with your waitlist registration.
• We do not use advertising cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies.
• Our website analytics are privacy-friendly and cookieless.
• Your waitlist information is used only to contact you about the Sincere-ly launch or beta programme.
• Your waitlist registration is automatically deleted when the current beta programme ends unless you ask us to delete it sooner or separately consent to remain informed.
• You remain in control of your data and may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of your consent at any time.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Enzentra GmbH collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit the Sincere-ly website or join our early-access waitlist.

This policy currently applies only to the marketing website and waitlist. Before the Sincere-ly application becomes generally available, we will publish a dedicated privacy policy describing how personal data is processed within the application.

1. Who we are

2. What information we collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect only:

• your email address;
• your selected waitlist option (launch notification or beta participation).

We intentionally minimise the amount of personal information collected.

This website does not collect:

• relationship information;
• health information;
• medical records;
• intimate-health information;
• STI information;
• laboratory or diagnostic results;
• photographs or identity documents;
• payment information.

We also do not associate your waitlist registration with your IP address or browser user-agent.

3. How we use your information

We use your information solely to:

• manage the early-access waitlist;
• invite interested users to the beta programme;
• notify you when Sincere-ly becomes available;
• respond to enquiries you send us.

We do not:

• sell your personal information;
• profile you for advertising;
• share your information for marketing purposes;
• make automated decisions about you.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal information based on your consent under:

• Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; and
• the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), where applicable.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before your request.

5. How long we keep your information

The current waitlist supports a limited beta programme.

Waitlist registrations are retained only until the beta programme concludes (currently expected to be approximately one to two months).

Afterwards, your information will be securely deleted unless:

• you request deletion earlier; or
• you separately consent to remain informed about future availability.

6. Service providers

We work with a limited number of carefully selected service providers.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Infrastructure located in eu-central-1 (Frankfurt, Germany) is used to:

• host this website;
• securely store waitlist registrations (Amazon S3);
• send internal notification emails (Amazon SES).

Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 hosts the mailbox used for inquiries sent to our contact addresses.

Matomo Cloud

We use Matomo Cloud to understand aggregate website usage.

Matomo operates in a privacy-friendly, cookieless configuration and respects browser Do Not Track preferences. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Web fonts

All fonts are served directly from our own infrastructure. No requests are made to third-party font providers.

7. Cookies and analytics

We intentionally minimise website tracking.

This website:

• does not use advertising cookies;
• does not use cross-site tracking cookies;
• does not use advertising pixels;
• does not participate in advertising networks.

We use cookieless Matomo analytics solely to understand aggregate website usage and improve our website.

8. International data transfers

Our primary infrastructure is located within the European Economic Area.

Some of our service providers, including Amazon Web Services and Microsoft, are international organisations that may process limited personal information outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area when necessary to provide their services.

Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards required under applicable data protection law, including Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognised transfer mechanisms where appropriate.

9. How we protect your information

Protecting personal information is one of our core design principles.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

These measures include:

• encryption during transmission (HTTPS/TLS);
• access controls based on least privilege;
• restricted administrative access;
• secure cloud infrastructure;
• regular security updates and monitoring.

As Sincere-ly evolves, our security controls will continue to develop in accordance with our security architecture and Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA).

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• correct inaccurate information;
• request deletion of your information;
• restrict certain processing;
• object to processing;
